Stanesha L. Ford, UWG THS School of Nursing Student, studying abroad in Costa Rica, posted: “Today truly fed my soul! I ate some delicious pollo y arroz, saw a gorgeous Mountain View, and was able to uplift a young girl who approached me saying that she was being bullied at school because of her dark skin tone. I also practiced my Spanish as I went door to door to see if anyone in the rural community of Costa Rica needed any free acute treatment or care.” :)
