Last week of Art Workshops at Waters Farm. Its been fantastic this Summer. Overflowing with inspiration for me. I love spending time with students who can't get enough art.

Four hours of summer bliss. I am so thankful to Waters Farm for giving me the opportunity to explore creativity with students I adore. I can see it in their faces they are loving it. One little girl asked to go an hour early. Week 2 has been a little bit wet but the kids don't seem to mind.

Apparently, some DO like it hot! It was definitely hot in the barn. Most brought personal table fans and we doubled down on popsicles and a couple sock puppet shows. One show was about a sock puppet bride that got a bad haircut....on her wedding day...which turned into a bald sock puppet bride that never made it down the aisle.
I mean come on. Art Teacher life is
pretty great. This is what I do for a living. Tomorrow's going to be another scorcher! You can always make up the day in the next 4 weeks.
