The first few days of school are in the books, and we’ve had so much fun welcoming our Flyers back! ✈️💙

From reconnecting with friends to settling into classrooms, learning, laughing, and making memories, it’s been a great start to the 2026–2027 school year.

Here’s a little look at some of the smiles from our first few days. We’re excited for all that’s ahead!

DID YOU KNOW?✈️

We have over 195 students that are involved in Friday night football games! Students from ALL THREE BUILDINGS are represented! How cool is that?

Students are on the football team, cheerleading team, marching band, flag corp, and some of our younger students who help out on the sidelines.

Also, EVERY SINGLE SPORTS TEAM has a student represented on a Friday night!!!

We are excited for Friday Night Football to kick off! 💙✈️

It is time once again for the Goodwill Challenge! This year we will be competing against Northwood to see who can collect the most pounds of donated items. So clean out those clothes you don't wear and extra furniture you don't want and bring it to Lake High School August 24 - 27. Goodwill will have their staff at the donation trailer in our parking lot from 2:00 to 7:00 pm each night.

Help us beat Northwood and support a good cause all at the same time!

We’re excited to welcome some of our Flyers back to campus tomorrow!

Tomorrow, we’ll welcome some kindergartners, 6th graders and 9th graders as we kick off the 2026–2027 school year!

A few important reminders before the morning begins:

Lake Elementary School
School Hours: 7:50 a.m. – 2:50 p.m.
Doors Open: 7:35 a.m.

Lake Middle School
School Hours: 7:50 a.m. – 2:50 p.m.
Doors Open: 7:35 a.m.

Lake High School
School Hours: 8:35 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Doors Open: 8:00 a.m.

🚗 Elementary & Middle School Families: Please remember that there is a new morning traffic pattern this year. Be sure to review the maps below before arriving on campus.

As with any new procedure, we may need to make adjustments as we see it in action. We appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding and cooperation as we navigate the new traffic pattern and fine-tune things as necessary.
