Millbrae Nursery School

Yesterday our 3/4 year old class had a field trip to the farmers market! For a week prior we did hands on activities with real produce (washing, painting, smelling.) At the farmers market each child had a turn picking produce and paying/interacting with vendors. We had samples, found colors, discussed textures. Today we washed & cut our produce for a friendship stew! So many exciting learning opportunities and experiences! 👨‍🌾
