This Women’s History Month, we recognize Marlee Matlin, known for her work in The West Wing and CODA. She made history at age 21 as the first Deaf actor to win an Academy Award. Her achievement reflects the importance of access, representation, and opportunity, values that continue to guide the work of the Mill Neck Family of Organizations.
