Today is the day! Teacher assignments will be sent out today, Friday 8/28!

Reminder that the first day of school is Wednesday, 9/2.

On Tuesday, 9/1 from 3:30-5:30 we will have our "Back to School" event where you and your students can meet their teacher, tour their classroom, and drop off school supplies! Head out to the new playground right after to catch up with friends and burn off some energy. ALL students must be accompanied by parents/guardians-- no drop offs please!

, , and will be on site to make the evening a breeze with dinner and one last summer break treat before school the next day!

🚦 Parking Lot Volunteers Needed! 🚦

As the school year kicks off, we want to make sure the parking lot is safe and running smoothly for everyone. We're looking for awesome volunteers to help during the first 7 days of school.
✅ When: Mornings 8:50–9:15am and afternoons 3:20–3:40pm (2:05pm-
2:25pm on Fridays)
✅ Where: MCE Parking Lot
✅ What you'll do: Wear a safety vest, guide traffic, and help keep students safe during busy times. Quick training provided!

Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year, Cougar Families!

As we prepare to head back to school, the Mill Creek Elementary PTA is hitting the ground running. Our goal is to welcome 150 early-bird members by September 1st so we can get a head start with program funding, teacher support, and community events from the very first week of school.
