In honor of Dolly Parton Day, Stacy staff showed off their country style and lots of pink. Dolly’s positive and humble attitude, philanthropy, and community spirit are as legendary as her talent.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Stacy Middle School is inviting you to join our PTO! The PTO helps organize school events, support teachers, and provide opportunities that enrich our students' educational experience.

Membership is a simple way to show your support for our school. There is no requirement to attend every meeting or volunteer at every event. Every family can contribute in a way that fits their schedule. We are also looking for those to fill the following seated positions Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Event Leaders for the following events:

- Check Writing Campaign: Develop theme, organize communication with students and parents

- Dinner Fundraiser Coordinator: Set up Dinner fundraiser with area businesses

- Double Good Popcorn: Set up on-line and communication to Students and Parents (Oct /Nov)

- Halloween Dance 6th-7th Grade: Organize dance detail, DJ, snack and parent volunteers (Oct)

- Halloween Dance – 8th Grade: Organize dance detail, DJ, snack and parent volunteers (Oct)

- Staff vs Student Games: Work with Staff representative in organizing Volleyball, Basketball, kickball games (As Needed)

- Stuffy grams: Coordinate selling and ordering of Stuffy grams to students (FEB)

- Spirit Wear Fundraiser: Design SMS spirit ear through vendor

- Teacher Appreciation Week – Order lunch, Coordinate breakfast, Coordinate snack day, Set up break room

- Field Day 6, 7 and 8th grade – Organize DJ and water

- 8th Grade Semi Formal Dance – Set up theme, DJ, Sign up and invitation

- 8th grade Graduation T-shirts – Work with school on sizes and order from vendor

Together, we can create a stronger school community and provide even more opportunities for our students.
