Come join us at the Milford Townhall Auditorium this Fall on Tuesdays or Thursdays for Tai Chi Forms! This class is a fantastic way to help improve your balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and mental clarity! The first Fall Sessions of the class will begin on September 10 and September 12. We have added another session of Tai Chi/Qigong Fundamentals! We will now be offering 2 classes on Monday's starting January 8th at Buck Meadow. One class from 10:00-11:00 and another class immediately following from 11:15-12:15. Spots are filling quickly!
