The one and only,1978 Milford Alumni and 2017 Alumni Honoree Chuck Imgram will once again be the MCEE of the 2026 Night of the Stars Gala. (telling us where to go and what to do during the event and how to support MSF)

Many of us know him as telling us where to go and not go on WLW radio.

Chuck Ingram is the manager of traffic operations for WLW Radio in Cincinnati. He is known for providing traffic updates during morning broadcasts and has a background in producing and engineering radio game broadcasts for local sports teams, including the Cincinnati Reds and the University of Cincinnati.

It is with tremendous gratitude, admiration, and affection that the Milford Schools Foundation presents the 2026 Legacy Award to Ed and Janice Humphrey—two extraordinary people whose impact on Milford - Miami Twp. and Clermont County will be felt for generations to come.

Ed passed away last month, his legacy will continue on.

To facilitate parking for the Night of the Stars Gala, the Milford Schools Foundation has created a parking map due to limited parking at LMEC.
Thank you to My Party Bus for their support.
Guests can park at Riverside Park P2, located next to the American Legion, and utilize the shuttle service to and from Little Miami Event Center.
The parking map also highlights other public parking options, although please note that Riverside Park 2 is the only location providing shuttle service. If arriving via Main Street, please be aware that the traffic light into LMEC lacks a turn arrow, so entering from Water Street is advised.

Founders that started Milford Schools Foundation.

Sixteen years ago, the Milford Schools Foundation started with a simple idea: create something that would give back to Milford students, educators, and the community for years to come.

While working in Milford’s central office, I shared that idea with two people who I knew would turn it into something special—my mom, Jean Ackermann, and her twin brother, Jim Parker, proud members of the Milford High School Class of 1956.
One of the reasons to support Night of the Stars Gala, Jean and Jim had already given hundreds of hours of service to the Milford community, and they brought that same commitment to the Foundation. They quickly recruited a group of community members who believed in the idea: Ellie Desimpel, Karen Huff (Wikoff), Ralph Hyre, Joe Kuethe, Mike McCurdy, Todd Munro, Linda Powers, Jason Sims, and Mary Ann Will.

Together, they built the foundation for what the organization has become today—providing scholarships to Milford students, grants to teachers and administrators, and opportunities that continue to make a difference throughout our schools.

As we celebrate the Foundation’s 16th anniversary at Night of the Stars, I’m especially proud to remember Jean and Jim and the people who joined them at the very beginning. Although my mom and uncle are no longer with us, their legacy of service continues.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the Milford Schools Foundation over these 16 years, and congratulations to this year’s Night of the Stars honorees. You represent what makes the Milford community so special.
