🏆 Happy Athletic Directors Week! 🏆

Let’s give a huge shoutout to Coach Swanton and Coach Grein, our amazing athletic directors! 💙💛

These two work behind the scenes to keep our fields up and running, support our coaches and athletes, and make sure all of our sports are ready to go. Their dedication and hard work make it possible for CMS Athletics to be what it is!

We truly could not have the athletics program we have without these two! Thank you for everything you do for our Eagles! 🦅🏆

🦅📚 History in action at CMS!

Over the past two days, our U.S. History II students have been exploring immigration, industrialization, and urbanization through an engaging gallery walk!

Students rotated through 9 image stations, carefully observing historical evidence, recording their thinking, and generating questions about what they still wanted to know. 👀📝

They weren’t just learning history—they were thinking like historians by observing, questioning, analyzing, and making connections!

Students in Ms. Loving’s class really got into their Leader in Me lesson during homeroom today! 💙💛

The message was a powerful one: Mistakes don’t define us. They help us grow. It’s not about being perfect or never getting it wrong. It’s about learning from our mistakes, making adjustments, and never giving up.

Keep growing. Keep learning. Keep improving. 🦅✨

Students participated in a fun scavenger hunt focused on integers, absolute value, and comparing and ordering integers. They were actively solving, collaborating, and putting their math skills into action! 📚✨

Way to go, 6th grade! Keep learning, Eagles! 💙💛
