It’s that time of year is here to build up the body and work on the mechanics. Each player will be able to work with 3 different instructors on Speed & Strength , Hitting , Fielding or Pitching in one class !
6 weeks of classes twice a week-
Wednesday 7:15pm and Sundays 11am
Starts- Wednesday December 4 - January 19th

That time of year is here to build up the body and work on the mechanics. Each player will be able to work with 3 different instructors on Speed & Strength , Hitting , Fielding or Pitching in one class ! Class is Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings. First class is Wed. 12/4/19 at 7:15 then Sunday the 8th at 11 am.
