X Factor Futbol Soccer Instruction and Fitness. Erin Mikula founded X Factor Fútbol to enable young soccer athletes the opportunity to up their soccer game.

She brings many years of experience and passion to the sport. Erin was born and raised in Cincinnati and played club for the Cincinnati Classics Hammer FC. This led her to college where she played for the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill as a defensive midfielder. She was part of the 2008 and 2009 National Championship teams. Her experience as an athlete and student assistant coach shaped her thinking about what young soccer athletes need to succeed in a highly competitive program. Today she contributes to the community by training and coaching soccer athletes. Gaining skills and confidence are among the attributes she believes are essential for youth athletes success both on and off the field.

Another incredible week in the books at X Factor Futbol’s Shooting & Goalkeeper Camp!
Watching these players grow in just a few days has been amazing. The effort, coachability, confidence, and competitiveness they brought every single session made this camp so much fun to be a part of. We couldn’t be more impressed with the work they put in and the progress they made.
A huge thank you to all of our players and families for trusting us with your development. We can’t wait to see you continue to put these new skills to work this season!

2016 standout, Trey Berry, is setting a new standard 🔥
At just 9 years old, Trey just broke our age group shooting record, hitting a combined 91 MPH
💥 48 MPH right foot
💥 43 MPH left foot
What makes this even more impressive… it’s not just power — it’s technique.
Trey has put in the work mastering proper striking mechanics: clean ball contact, strong plant foot positioning, balanced body control, and consistent follow-through. That foundation is what’s allowing him to generate this kind of power on BOTH feet at such a young age.

🔥 Player Spotlight: Bella 🔥
Bella came to us with a goal: improve her non-dominant foot shooting. When she first started, there was a 15 mph difference between her right and left foot.
With just a few key adjustments to her technique and consistent work, Bella made massive strides—boosting her non-dominant foot by 12 mph!!
Now? She’s down to just a 3 mph difference between both feet and has officially earned her spot on our 90 MPH Board That’s what focus, coachability, and hard work look like.
Great job, Bella! Keep raising the standard.
