Milford High School - CT - Class of 1974

MHS Class of 1974 50th Reunion Chairperson Lorraine Kluck Burrell and the committee including class president Brian Crocco will be meeting tomorrow evening, Tuesday, August 20, to review the event finances and to discuss how we might go forward from here - formally or informally - as a class. We are looking for input from you, our classmates - those who attended and those who couldn’t make it this time around. Let us know what you think on any of the following or any related topic:
(1) We should have another formal reunion in five or 10 years.
(2) We should plan to meet informally annually, perhaps on a date set well in advance. For instance, the second Friday evening in August every year at Stonebridge (or another set date and venue).
(3) Also, did you like Grassy Hill as a formal venue site?
(4) Was the price to attend too expensive for what was offered?
(5) Would you prefer a different event format?

Classmate Paula Collins wrote us from Colorado, "Hi everyone! I have enjoyed following our Class of 1974 Facebook posts since the planning of the reunion started - and although I couldn’t attend, I wanted to extend my best wishes to everyone in our class. As an Army brat, my family relocated a lot and in 1972 we landed at the old Nike Site base of homes at the top of Eels Hill in Milford. Some of the classmates I hung out with included Barbara Perrin, and Susan Quigley. Not long after graduation, I moved back to Colorado and in the 50 years since I have lived mostly in Colorado. I owned a home along the Arkansas river for 15 years. These days im enjoying my retirement as a potter in Colorado Springs. Nice to see your pictures & enjoy the fun. Congratulations on a great 50th Reunion." Thank you, Paula.

I retired from IBM/Watson Health in 2021 after a long career in various aspects of healthcare. My wife (Mary Harlow) of 42 years and I are now living in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
