I’m planning a FREE “tag sale” next month (date coming soon!) where everything will be available at no cost for families in need. 💛

I know “tag sale” isn’t the perfect name because this is really about giving, supporting, and making sure no one goes without. I will be offering clothing, baby items, and more… completely free.

I’m currently accepting donations of:
• Gently used children’s clothing
• Baby items (bottles, bibs, gear, etc.)
• Toys, books, and essentials

If you’re able to contribute, it would mean so much and go directly back into helping local families.

Our center is looking to refresh and add to our play materials, and we’re hoping you amazing people can help.

We are currently accepting gently used or new donations of:

babies
Blocks
Play kitchen
Sorting toys
Balls (any size)
Children’s books
Puzzles
Instruments

These items will go directly to supporting our little learners through play, exploration, and development. If you have anything your children have outgrown and would love to pass along, we would be so grateful!

A few of my little loves on dress up day!

Sometimes in childcare, the lines start to blur in the most beautiful way. ❤️

When you spend your days loving, teaching, comforting, and cheering on these little ones, they stop feeling like “daycare kids” and start feeling like a part of your own family. You learn their laughs, their quirks, their brave moments, and the things that make them feel safe.

And then one day, you realize the feeling goes both ways.
They run to you with excitement.
They look for you when they’re proud.
They trust you when they’re unsure.
They love you, genuinely, because you’ve become another steady person in their world. Their safe person.

The bond between a daycare family and a biological family can be something special… something that doesn’t fit neatly into a title. It’s the in-between space where care turns into connection, and connection turns into family.

I’m grateful every single day for the children who have become “mine,” even if just for a few hours at a time. And I’m even more grateful for the parents who trust me enough to let those lines blur. 💛

Because in this little village we’ve built, family isn’t always about blood… sometimes it’s about love, time, presence, and the moments we share.

🍁 Food Drive at Mama n Cubs Playschool🍁

As the holidays get closer, we want to make sure every family in our daycare community has what they need. ❤️

With SNAP benefits being reduced for some families and Thanksgiving right around the corner, we’re starting a Food Drive to help those who may be struggling a little this season.

🛒 We’re collecting:
🥫 Canned goods (soups, veggies, fruit, beans, tuna)
🍝 Pasta, rice, boxed meals
🥜 Peanut butter, jelly, cereal
🦃 Thanksgiving favorites (stuffing, yams, cranberry sauce, etc.)
