"Illuminating the Way" is our founding year gala theme and yes... We took that literally. ✨

We are beyond excited to host this year’s gala at the American Sign Museum —an incredible indoor time capsule preserving salvaged storefronts and vibrant neon memories straight from iconic Cincinnati neighborhoods.

There’s truly no better place to gather and celebrate our mission than under the glow of the local history and craftsmanship that helped shape our community.

EIE works to create career readiness on day 1 by working with students on the soft skills needed to be successful like self-management, emotional intelligence, presentation, and adaptability.
