Toddler Assistant Lead Wanted
Position Overview:
We are seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Toddler Room Assistant Lead Teacher to support the daily operations of our Toddler classroom. This role works closely with the Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for Toddlers.
Key Responsibilities:
🖍Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
🖍Provide attentive, responsive care to meet each child's individual needs
🖍Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
🖍Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
🖍Follow all licensing regulations and center policies
🖍Step into a leadership role when the Lead Teacher is absent
Qualifications:
🖊️Strong communication and teamwork skills
🖊️Reliable, patient, and nurturing demeanor
🖊️CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
🖊️Willingness to obtain state required certifications and maintain
