Kircher School is running a General Fund Mill Levy to support the resources and opportunities that help our students learn and grow every day.

We are so proud of the growth we see in our students and the positive learning environment we’ve built. This support helps us continue providing those opportunities for all kids.

Custer County Rural Schools have started registering kindergarten students for the 2026-2027 school year. Your child must be age 5 by September 10, 2026. If you are interested in attending Kinsey, Kircher, Riverview or SY School, please stop by the Custer County Superintendent’s Office at 1010 Main Street or call 406-874-3421.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Due to issues with the school’s septic system, we are currently unable to run water in the building. Because of this, we will need to cancel school on Monday, January 12th, as the building cannot safely operate without running water. This day will be used as one of our built-in emergency days.

School will be back in session on Tuesday January 13th , and we look forward to seeing students then.
