Part two 📚 Juniors also traded some screen time for library time today! Thank you to our sophomore Career Exploration students for capturing these shots and all the spooky details around the library. 👻

From board games and stickers to coloring and, of course, books, the library is truly a hidden gem on campus!

Did anyone actually end up doing what their 8-year-old self wanted to do? 😅
I decided to ask everyone what their childhood dream job was versus now! Students wanted to be police officers, basketball players, hairstylists, and chefs.

Check out some of the current career plans for our seniors! ✨

Being on a computer all day can be a lot...so once a month, VIM trades screen time for some library time! A surprising number of our students are big readers, so we started taking a monthly class trip to renew books, browse what’s new, grab something new to read… and, obviously, pick up a free scented bookmark. 📚

VIM students captured one of our favorite weeks of the year - spirit week! This week EHOVE celebrated Career Technical Student Organizations with a spirit week and our photographers were busy capturing content for our video morning announcements show. Thank you everyone who made this a memorable one! EHOVE Career Center

Starting at a new school is always intimidating, and before I came to EHOVE, I wish I had known that it wasn’t going to be nearly as scary or difficult as I imagined. Like everyone else, I was nervous about stepping out of my comfort zone, but the reality was much more welcoming than my expectations.

Looking back, I also wish I realized just how many amazing new people I would meet and the incredible, hands-on opportunities that would open up for my future. Taking that leap turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made.

Here are a few VIM students answering the question “What do you wish you knew before coming to EHOVE?” Thank you to Gabbi, Jai, and Chelsey for your feedback!

At EHOVE, you get hands-on experience for your future and the flexibility to stay connected to your home school. We celebrate this by letting students wear home school pride on Fridays. 🎷🏐📣🎮🏈

We’re so proud of seniors Ella Rose and Gabbi Giamella for taking on a creative hype video project to help promote SkillsUSA to students!

Last year, Gabbi joined nearly 100 EHOVE students at the SkillsUSA State Championships and captured the entire experience — from the bus ride and competitions to winners taking the stage.

A huge thank-you to Ella for taking on the editing, jumping into Premiere Pro on the fly, and getting the video finished with a tight turnaround!

Their final video was shown in front of nearly 1,000 students and staff members at this year’s Career Technical Student Organization Kick-Off. 🎬👏

EHOVE's Visual & Interactive Media program was more than just a classroom, it was a goldmine for designers who wanted to turn their ideas they visualized in their head into the real thing. It's hard to say goodbye to a place where we had the freedom to create alongside our friends every day.

As we head out into the world, we're taking all of the skills we built and learned in our lab to start something new! 🎬✨
