We are in need of 3 more concession stand workers for Thursday Nights football game. We are working the middle school homecoming and need all hands on deck! Help us reach our goal of getting to convention!! Remember your hours can count towards your students service hours.

We still need a few concession stand volunteers, and every shift we work helps us raise money for our Beta students to attend State Convention! 💜🐾

⚽ Tuesday — High School Girls Soccer
We only need 1 MORE volunteer!

🏈 THURSDAY — MMS Football
We need 4–5 volunteers!

This is a great way to support our Beta Club AND help us raise money toward convention expenses. Every person who volunteers makes a difference! 💜

⭐ PLUS: Any hours you work will count toward your Beta student’s required community service hours!

We have an opportunity for our MMS Junior Beta Club to work concession stands and earn money for our club! We need parent volunteers to help us cover the following dates:
📅 August 27 — 4–5 parent volunteers
📅 September 17 — 2 parent volunteers
📅 September 22 — 2 parent volunteers
📅 September 29 — 4–5 parent volunteers
📅 October 1 — 2 parent volunteers
⭐ BONUS FOR YOUR BETA STUDENT:
Any hours that you work at the concession stand will count toward your student’s required Beta Club community service hours!

This is a great way to help our club raise money while also helping your student knock out some of those service hours. 🙌

Back to School is right around the corner, Bulldogs!

Save these important dates for the 2026-2027 school year:
📅 Monday, August 3rd

Registration: 1:00–4:00 p.m. (Help available at each school)

Open House: 5:00–8:00 p.m. (Check for 5th & 9th grade orientation times!)

📅 Wednesday, August 5th

First Day of School (1/2 Day! Buses will run regular routes)
