Edison High School’s Champion Charger for Friday, August 21st is Bentley Illuzzi! 💙🧡

Bentley was caught going out of his way this morning to meet up with a freshman who missed Zero Hour PE. He took the time to find out why the student missed and explain how he could make up the time.

That’s what being a Charger is all about - looking out for others, showing responsibility, and doing RIGHT! 👏

PaySchools Introduction

We now offer PaySchools Central as a resource for the parents of students in our district.

PaySchools Central is a secure payment system that simplifies school payments in an easy-to-use online portal. It enables parents to fund lunch accounts and pay required and optional fees online quickly and easily. PaySchools Central also allows parents to opt into and manage email reminders about their student’s accounts, so it’s easy to remember to replenish lunch accounts or pay for that upcoming field trip.

PaySchools Central can be accessed via our online portal, Pay Schools Central website, or via the mobile app.

⚡💙 WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A CHARGER! 💙⚡

Edison High School started the school year in a whole different fashion! Students did not have their normal academic classes. Instead, today was all about learning what it means to be an Edison Charger. 🧡💙

Students participated in sessions focused on the 5 pillars of Do RIGHT - Responsibility, Integrity, Growth Mindset, Healthy Living, and Time Management - along with the 10 pieces of Sources of Strength and School Culture. There were even a few games mixed in along the way! 🎯🙌

It was a great day for our high school students and staff to connect, learn, have some fun, and start the 2026-27 school year together. Here's to a great year, Chargers! ⚡💙🧡

This year, Edison High School is looking to recognize a Champion Charger each day - an individual, whether staff or student, who goes above and beyond to exemplify what it means to be a Charger and Do RIGHT! 💙🧡

Today's Champion Charger is Jason Seel! 🎉

Not only did Jason win the school's Rock, Paper, Scissors contest, he also demonstrated respect for his fellow schoolmates by allowing them to finish a clue of the school-wide scavenger hunt.

On Tuesday, August 18th, our freshmen spent the morning at Edison High School getting familiar with their new surroundings and preparing for the year ahead! 💙🧡

Students learned where their classes are, met their teachers, and were introduced to how we do things at Edison by staff members, NHS members, and Student Council representatives.

It was a great morning to kick off the 2026-27 school year and welcome our newest high school Chargers! We can't wait to see all they accomplish this year! 📚⚡
