We had a wonderful time last Friday at The Michigan Room in Dearborn. We laughed, sipped, enjoyed a glass-blowing demonstration, and talked about cocktail history and everything that makes tequila unique in the world of fermented beverages. Guests learned to make two cocktails during the class- the classic Paloma, and a new tipple created just for the occasion called the Infatuación. Check out liquorandloreco.com for the recipes!
