We finished our Enhancing Foods Unit in Advanced Foods today. For the rest of the semester, as we work through the various food units, students will apply the knowledge they gained about descriptive vocabulary, sensory perception, and flavor enhancers. It’s amazing how their confidence grows in the kitchen as they learn and practice.
