Congratulations to our award winners at the OCPRA Fall Workshop, held Nov. 19 at Rose State College.

The Natalea Watkins Communicator of the Year Award was presented to Dayna Rowe, Executive Director of External Affairs at Redlands Community College. The award was presented by the 2024 winner Dr. Dan Mabery, Vice President for University Relations at Northeastern State University.

The Randy Talley Rising Star Award was presented to Jet Turner, Assistant Director of Communications at Langston University. The award was presented by its namesake, former OCPRA member Randy Talley.

Congratulations to our winners and to all our nominees. Your outstanding work is making a positive impact on higher education at your institutions and on all of us as your colleagues. Well done!!!
