Technology issues can happen from time to time, but learning doesn't have to stop!

✅ Step 1: Check the K12 Help Page
Before troubleshooting on your own, visit the K12 Help Page to see if there is a known outage impacting students and families. https://www.help.k12.com/s/

✅ Step 2: Keep Learning Offline
If Launchpad, Class Connect, or other systems are unavailable, students can continue learning by:
📚 Reading a book or magazine
✏️ Writing in a journal or creating a story
📝 Completing downloaded, printed, or offline assignments
🔢 Practicing math facts and flashcards
🔍 Exploring science through nature observations around your home or neighborhood
🎨 Working on a creative project related to a lesson topic

From the dance studio to graduation, recent high school graduate Grace R. proved students don’t have to choose between their passions and their education. 💃🎓

As an OVCA student, Grace balanced nearly 40 hours of dance each week during competition season while earning academic honors, a journalism merit scholarship and preparing for her future. This fall, she’ll attend the University of Oklahoma to pursue pre-law.

Tuesday Tip of the day!
Chrome recently changed some default settings, so selecting All Time is an important step.
1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open Delete Browsing Data.
3. Change the Time Range from Last Hour to All Time.
4. Click Delete Data.
5. Restart Computer.
6. Some have needed to go through the steps Twice.
