Midway University, located in Midway, Kentucky, is a private, non-profit liberal arts college, founded in 1847 by Dr. Lewis L. Pinkerton, as the first school in the United States to serve orphaned and disadvantaged women. Through the years the school evolved and became Pinkerton High School, Midway Junior College, Midway College and then Midway University. In the fall of 2016, it became fully coed

ucational in all its undergraduate programs. Today, Midway University is a leader in providing educational opportunities for men and women who wish to continue their education.

Midway alumni, we’d love to hear from you! If you’re still in the area, would you be interested in coming back to campus to see all of the exciting changes happening at Midway?
We’d love to welcome you back for a campus tour, a chance to catch up and reminisce, and maybe have lunch in the dining hall – just like old times, with a few new things to see!

There's nothing quite like reconnecting with fellow Eagles! 💙💛

Beverly Drake ’68 and Debra Dahn ‘68, recently hit the road for a small reunion to visit a classmate, Janey Doerner ‘68, in NC. This shows that the friendships built years ago continue long after graduation. From campus memories to catching up on life's adventures, it's always special to see our alumni staying connected.
