✨ What a wonderful first week of school! ✨

Our halls are once again filled with busy classrooms, curious minds, new friendships, and lots of smiles! 💛

The first week is always full of new routines, getting to know classmates and teachers, and settling into the rhythm of a new school year. Our students have done an amazing job jumping right in, exploring their classrooms, and embracing all the learning ahead.

We are so excited for what this year has in store and are grateful to have our RHA community back together! Here’s to a fantastic year of learning, growing, and discovering together. 📚🌱

Our teachers have been busy this week getting classrooms prepared, organizing materials, planning lessons, and putting all the finishing touches in place for a brand-new school year.

While the halls may be quiet for just a little longer, there is already so much excitement behind the scenes! We can’t wait to welcome our students back and begin another year of learning, growing, and making memories together. 💛

And the wait is almost over! 🎉 We’re excited to see all of our families at Back to School Night this Monday from 5:00–7:00 PM. Come meet your teachers, see your classrooms, and get ready for an amazing year!

As part of our end-of-year reflections, students were asked:

One student’s answer:

💛 “Myself.”

Sometimes the simplest answers are the most powerful.
Growth looks different for every child. It can be learning something new, overcoming a challenge, building confidence, making a new friend, or simply believing in yourself.

Seeing a student recognize their own growth is one of the greatest rewards of education. Confidence isn’t just something we teach—it’s something students discover through encouragement, perseverance, and the joy of learning.

We’re so proud of every student and all they accomplished this year. But even more importantly, we’re glad they’re learning to be proud of themselves.

✨ That’s a lesson that lasts far beyond the classroom.

✨ Confidence grows when children learn together.

One of the things we love most about our community is seeing students encourage and support one another every day.

“She comes home and tells us what awesome things she learned during the day... But she also notably comes home and tells us what she is working on with her friends. The level of collaboration that is taught and modeled during class is incredible.”

At Rising Heights Academy, students are encouraged to work together, solve problems as a team, and learn from one another. Those experiences help build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.

Throughout the year, our students collaborated on projects, solved problems together, shared ideas, and learned the value of community. This simple reflection reminds us of one of life’s most important lessons: we don’t have to do everything on our own.
