We had our 1st Thrive Time Assembly to recognize our Cougar Spotlight Academic winners and our Wellness Word of the Month winners! September’s theme was “Good Sport.” Wellness winners have done an excellent job showing that they are a good sport!

Copperview participated in the statewide Read-a-Thon today! We had guest readers from Jordan High School, teachers read their favorite books, and older classes read with buddies in younger grades! Great reading, Copperview! We hope you discovered some new books to share with family and friends!

Huge THANK YOU to Corner Canyon High School School’s Peer Leadership team for thinking of Copperview Elementary! 🐾
Corner Canyon partnered with the Chick-fil-A 1 million book giveaway and gifted our school with 75 books! 📚 👏
We will use these books in our upcoming Read-A-Thon and in our book vending machine. Thank you Corner Canyon and Chick-fil-A!! 💕

🫶 United Way Day of Caring 🫶 Thank you to United Way and American Express for a successful project day! Volunteers were able to restock our Classroom Emergency kits and provide our school with some amazing fence art! We can't wait for everyone to see the great work they did on the fence by the North Playground!
Not even the rain could stop them from helping to increase our school spirit! Thank you everyone!!
Go Cougars!! 🐾
