SERVICE RESTORED AT 9:30PM PST: All services were restored at approximately 9:30pm last evening. If you are experiencing any issues with your internet, please call our tech support team at 800-462-4523. Thank you again for your patience during this service outage.

OUTAGE UPDATE at 6:02PM PST: A fiber cut with our upstream provider has been located. A crew is being dispatched to the location to start the repairs on the damaged fiber lines. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated time for full restoration of internet services. We do thank you and appreciate your continued patience. We will provide another update when we receive progress details.
