Department of Justice reports that a woman is r***d every 2 minutes. That’s 60 women r***d in a two hour period. What’s worse than that??? Only 26% of all rapes are reported. That’s 74% that are not reported. It is estimated that 1 out of 3 women have experienced some sort of sexual attack. If you listen to the news you are already painfully aware that those attacks are getting too close to home.

Here are some directions to get to us.
Turn into the Olive Garden Parking lot. STAY IN THE LEFT LANE. The lanes will split and the left lane will take you towards Marshall's where there is a stop sign. Turn left at that stop sign and we are 30 yards up on the left side. It's a brick building. call 804-272-0080 if you need further instructions.

The Women's Self-defense Network, in response to the increased violence and uncertainess of recent events would like to offer a free Self-Defense class to all our members. This class will be taught everyday Monday through Friday night at 7pm for the next three weeks. In order to receive your free class you must contact us, pick a date that you would like to come in a train, and give us a contact phone number. That's it. We will answer back with a confirmation and you are on your way to feeling safer. Please contact us ASAP. We will only be giving out a limited number of free passes. Hope to see you soon.
