Here are how the calendar versions are different.

Version 1
-178 days of school,
-starting on Monday, Aug. 23, 2027
-provides about 51 hours to address inclement weather or other unscheduled closures

Version 2
-180 days of school,
-starting midweek on Thursday, Aug. 19, 2027
-provides about 63 hours to address inclement weather or other unscheduled closures

🎓 Congratulations, Bluebirds! 🎓

Today we celebrated our amazing 5th graders as they soar on to middle school! We are so proud of all they have accomplished and can’t wait to see all the incredible things ahead for them.

A special shoutout to our wonderful 5th grade teachers — Mrs. Whitehead, Mrs. Brown, Mrs. Wise, and Mrs. McDonald — for all the love, guidance, and support they have given this class throughout the years. 💙

Thank you to our awesome 4th grade ambassadors for helping make the promotion ceremony so special and memorable!

And a very special thank you to Ms. Reboucas for creating such beautiful music for the ceremony — the students sounded absolutely amazing! 🎶
