Tickets are $1 each and can be purchased by students during lunches for grades 6-8 tomorrow and Wednesday (CASH ONLY)! Items in the civics tradeshow range from 1 to around 5 tickets for purchase. The 8th grade Civics students have been working hard to create, market and produce their products for our school community. Students have selected SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now) as their charity to donate all proceeds to this year! 8th Grade Fun Day is coming! To celebrate the 8th graders’ promotion to high school, we have a fun day planned with inflatables, DJ, pizza, ice cream truck , and other fun activities during school on Friday, May 24th. Tickets are $15 cash (exact change) or check (made out to MMS PTO) and will be collected with permission slips during Mustang Morning, Monday, May 13th – Friday, May 17th. We are so excited! Please consider signing up to help at the Tradeshow, which is on Friday, May 24th from 8-10am ( yes, the same day as 8th Grade Fun Day🤪!) The Tradeshow is a FUN event where all 8th graders market and sell the creations they made for their "start up" company to school community members. You do not need to be an 8th grade parent to volunteer! 6th and 7th grade parents, volunteer and see what your student has to look forward to in 8th grade or get some ideas of what they can make when it is time for their tradeshow project! Besides Taco Wednesday, it was also Nurse Appreciation Day! Thank you Nurse Golden and Mrs. Williamson for everything you do in the clinic at Midlothian Middle School!

Taco Wednesday! Our amazing Staff Appreciation team put together a great taco bar and we were also able to hand out Amazon gift cards because of the amazing generosity of our PTO families!
