Staff Spotlight of the week is Ms. Mika!! Ms. Mika’s favorite thing about OTM is the uplifting culture that has been established. She is excited to meet new students this year, and reconnect with old ones. Ms. Mika has been with OTM for 19 years, and we are so incredibly lucky to have her! We love you Ms. Mika! 💜
