First Rookie Clinic of the Summer!

I think I counted 30 rookie musicians, 17 leaders, and 10 color guard at the first Rookie Clinic of the season. Got to know each other a little and got some marching done. Off to a great summer!

Congratulations to the Midlothian High School class of 2026, and especially to the most recent Band Alumni! We’re proud of you, and you’ll forever carry a piece of us with you as you go forward into the world.

Congratulations to TMB alumnus Taj Davis for being named one of the two Drum Majors for the Marching Virginians at Virginia Tech!

Greetings Middle School Band Parents!

Those of you with 8th grade students attending Midlothian High School next year, if you’ve missed the band information, you can find it at bit.ly/TMBInfo26. We also have an info meeting this Thursday in the Midlo High School Band Room (Door 24 by the Main Gym Entrance) at 7:00. Once you’ve had a chance to look through the band info, please take a moment to fill out the form at bit.ly/MidloTMB26 to let us know whether your kid is participating in the marching band. PLEASE DO THIS EVEN IF YOUR KID WILL NOT MARCH.

Trojan Marching Band (TMB) 2026 Registration All students who are signed up for an MHS Band Class should fill out this form whether or not you plan to participate in the TMB. Whirlwind rehearsals and concert at the Chesterfield Fine Arts Festival for the two CCPS All-County Jazz Bands. Congratulations to the Trojan Bands students who contributed to these great performances!
