We were honored to attend the Award’s Breakfast at Midlothian High School yesterday to award a deserving college-bound high school senior a $1,000 JB Watkins PTA scholarship! Midlothian High seniors who attended Watkins had the opportunity to enter. Miracle’s personal statement thoughtfully reflected on her personal growth, resilience and leadership that she developed through meaningful experiences at JB Watkins. Congratulations to Miracle - our scholarship recipient this year - and her endeavors as she heads off to college in the fall!

What a week celebrating the incredible teachers and staff!! 💙🌟 From start to finish, we have thoroughly enjoyed being able to shower them with so much love this week.

☀️ Monday kicked things off with breakfast to fuel the week ahead
🌸 Tuesday brought flowers from students and snacks that brightened everyone’s day
🧖‍♀️ Wellness Wednesday was all about self-care with spa kits and FIVE mani/pedi giveaways (thank you, Idyllic Nails)! Plus we were able to partner with The Faithful Lemon for custom drink afternoon pick-me-ups!
🍭 Thursday was a sweets bar filled with favorite goodies and treats
🌮 And we wrapped it all up with a delicious Fiesta Friday featuring Chicken Fiesta!

A huge thank you to our families, volunteers, community partners, and PTA members (Sopahna Kwok who spearheaded and set up so much!) who helped make this week so special. Our teachers pour so much into our students every day, and we loved having the chance to celebrate them. 💐✨
