A little color theory today.

The Governor of Virginia announced today that salons are able to reopen on Friday, May 15th. This date is subject to change depending on health data collected over the next 2 weeks. However, our team is moving forward to open on the 15th, and stylists will start calling to get everyone rescheduled. Please be patient with us as we don’t have our Front Desk Coordinators working just yet so we will not be answering calls at the salon. We will also be working on limited schedules and limited time per guest. This will make it harder to accommodate everyone, but we promise we will do our very best. The AOH team can’t wait to see you! The Governor is going to give us an answer on when salons can reopen on Monday. Once we know our reopening date, we will begin rescheduling appointments.⁣

While we wait for the Governor to make his final decision on our reopen date, we wanted to update you on where Ahead of hair stands as of now.⁣

The safety of our staff and clients are always our first priority. We have been working diligently behind the scenes to temporarily restructure the way we do business in order to create a clean, sanitized environment in which to continue to do what we love - making you beautiful! We appreciate your patience and ask that you bare with us a little longer while we navigate getting everyone rescheduled. We will be so busy calling clients to reschedule that we probably will not get to all the messages that have been left since we had to shut down. Your loyalty and patience mean the world to us now more than ever.⁣

AOH is offering curbside pickup for retail products on Thursday, April 16! To place your order, please call the salon at 804-794-2837 on the 16th between 11:00am - 2:00pm. You’ll pay for your products over the phone, and you will need to pick them up at the salon during that same 3-hour window. Once you arrive at the salon, we will run your order to your car in a safe manner. If you have any questions, please send us a message!
