We are thrilled to congratulate .drechsler.90 on his fantastic performance at the Kinetic Half Ironman! Not long ago, Mike was a newbie triathlete, but he’s now racing like a skilled veteran. He had an all-around strong day and continues to make us proud.

So cool to see Jennifer highlighted by Boston Marathon. She's not just an amazing athlete but an incredible person too, and we're thrilled to cheer her on all day tomorrow. 🏃♀️💨

In 2022, Jennifer was named @USATF Virginia’s Female Masters Athlete of the Year for Long Distance Running. The very next year, she tore her entire hamstring off of her pelvis and was told that people usually don’t come back from that kind of injury.
Luckily, she was able to have a SUCCESSFUL surgery in October of 2023. After several months of creative cross training and physical therapy, she was cleared to run and attempt her seventh Boston: “It will most likely not be my fastest year, but it will most definitely be my most meaningful year. I can’t wait to get back out on the course and take it all in. There is nothing in the world like the Boston Marathon!” Let’s give it up for our final #BQ Spotlight @RunFrazzleDazzled!👏

Holiday Fitness Tips! Embrace the festive season without ditching your fitness goals with these 5 tips:
1) Keep it Simple: No need for complex routines! Stick to easy, effective exercises that fit your schedule.
2) Keep it Short: Short on time? No problem! Quick workouts are just as impactful. Squeeze in a session between holiday festivities. Try aiming for a 20 min workout rather than a 60 min one!
3) Consider Physical Activity: It's not just about "exercise." Enjoy walks, dance-offs, or even family friendly games—make it fun!
