Teacher/ Asst Teacher
Job Description
WMA is seeking full-time and part-time teachers for our infant, Toddler, and After School classes. These positions require love, patience, and respect for children. The teacher will encourage the children to be independent and acts as a model for the children with appropriate manners and behaviors. Our teachers design individualized lesson plans for each child according to their ability so as to make sure that children develop self-confidence as they master each concept and challenge themselves to reach the next level. We're looking for someone who is passionate about the Montessori philosophy, as well as social and emotional development in a child and takes pride in creating and sustaining the highest quality educational environment. If you have passion and love for giving to the children, this is the place for you.
· Previous experience in Early Childhood Education
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Passion for working with children
· Teacher candidates must be patient, loving, and nurturing.
· Must be able to exhibit classroom management
· Must have strong organizational skills
· Must possess CPR & First Aid Certification or be able to obtain certification before being counted in ratio
-Bilingual is a plus.
