Congratulations to our January Students of the Month. Neal and Samira have both made several positive contributions to Midlo.

Congratulations to both our boys and girls swim teams as they performed exceptionally well at the all-region swim meet. The girls team finished second and the boys team finished third in the region. Way to go and Good Luck at states.

While the outcome of the game was not what we wanted, it was awesome to celebrate and recognize our Midlo Senior Boys Basketball Players last Friday night. Thank you for the many years of highlights, hard work, and dedication. Continued best to each of you.

As we wrap up National School Counselor Appreciation week, we want to thank our Midlo School Counselors for taking such good care of our students. From College & Career planning to social/emotional support, you do it all.

Congratulations to all our Midlo senior wrestlers as they were recognized and celebrated this past Wednesday evening. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication over the years.

A much overdue shout out to our Midlo Swim Seniors. They were recognized at their meet last week when they defeated LC Bird. Thank you so much for your years of hard work and dedication to the Midlo Swim program. We are proud of you and wish you the best of luck the rest of the season.

Our Five Weeks of Giving campaign was a success. Thank you to everyone who donated food items and to these school counseling department for organizing it. We’re making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Great job to all the students and faculty who participated in our spirit week. It was a fun week to say the least. Special shout out to our performing arts students who provided us with a wonderful concert Wednesday evening and Thursday. We sure have some talented students at Midlo.

Midlo’s Student Advisory Group and SCA baked cookies and made cocoa for our bus drivers. We also provided some fun caroling and a gift card too. Thank you to these amazing students.

Get out your brooms because it’s another clean sweep for your Trojanettes as they won all three categories (Jazz, Pom, and Hip Hop) and were recognized as the Grand Champion at the James River Dance Invitational. This is the second competition in a row where the Trojanettes won every category. Congratulations ladies - your hard work has definitely paid off.
