Midland Muay Thai Academy teaches the art of traditional Thai Kickboxing. Lead by Hugh Miller, MMTA is dedicated to preserving, sharing, and teaching the national sport of Thailand. Classes are fitness geared with opportunities for all skill levels to learn pad holding through sparring. All classes have extensive cardio work out, in the true spirit of Muay Thai.
