IDEA Travis We are a part of IDEA Public Schools and in partnership with Midland ISD. Serving grades PK-11th! News & World Report’s Top High Schools lists.

IDEA Public Schools believes that each and every child can go to college. Since 2000, IDEA Public Schools has grown from a small school with 150 students to one of the fastest-growing networks of tuition-free, Pre-K-12 public charter schools in the United States. Currently, the network serves nearly 75,000 college-bound students in 137 schools across Texas, Louisiana and Florida. IDEA has been recognized as a “Great Place to Work” and received national rankings on U.S. IDEA remains on-track to uphold its legacy of sending 100% of its graduates to college.

Thank you for always being the calm and welcoming face of our campus. Your patience and kindness never go unnoticed. Whether you are helping parents, supporting students, answering countless questions, or jumping in wherever needed, you always do it with grace and care.

We truly appreciate the way you remain calm under pressure, keep things running smoothly, and continuously look for ways to grow and improve. Your positive attitude, dedication, and heart for serving others make such a huge impact on our campus every single day.

Once again, a huge thank you to Pastor Johnny Paredes and Faith Church Midland for treating our amazing teachers to lunch on the final day of Teacher Appreciation Week!
