I would like to announce that John (Bubba) Barton, former DPS Trooper, and Board Member at Stop DWI, Inc. will be seeking the Justice of the Peace position in Pct. 4 Midland, Texas. Judge Zimmerman will be retiring and we want "Bubba" in the position.
