Hello everyone!
I think most of you are on the mailing list already, but I wanted to double up on the broadcasting. We will be having a Black Belt Only workout tonight!

Next Thursday (September 17th) will be a sparring night, so bring your gear if you have it! I will have some extra. Talk to me if you want to buy some for yourself.
