Over the years each Midland College softball team has been unique in terms of its players, team personality, motivation, and leadership, but they have all had one thing in common. The Lady Chaps teams have always been a close family. This special bond is passed on each year through their commitment to each other, their coaches and to Midland College. This is just one of many reasons of why each year the Lady Chaps are consistently one of the best teams in the NJCAA.
