For the ninth year in a row, Midland ISD has earned Superior A rating for financial accountability through the state’s Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) rating system!

This recognition reflects our continued commitment to strong financial management, transparency, and responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars. We are proud of the work of our Financial Services team and their dedication to ensuring district resources are managed responsibly to support our students, staff, and schools.

Nine consecutive years of excellence in financial accountability is something worth celebrating!

Being a drum major takes dedication, leadership, and countless hours of hard work. These students set the tone, lead by example, and help bring their bands together both on and off the field.

📢 Angel - “There will always be places to improve, no matter how comfortable you feel about your performance. Remember to always stay serious and pay attention. By growing as a team, you can grow more than if you grown on your own. Stay humble and have fun.”
