The PE program at Jane Long Elementary is requesting funding for Pickle Ball sets.
"Our younger grades (K-2) are still learning how to control their bodies. Having foam 'nets' which sit closer to the ground,and smaller paddles that they can use as racquets will help them be more successful and have more confidence."

Opportunity Tribe operates a program called Fun Clubs and needs volunteers!
Fun Clubs is a mentoring program of Opportunity Tribe for 2nd - 5th graders. A mentor has a group of 4-5 kids and meets with them for 30-minutes each week during the student's lunchtime. Mentors read to students while they eat lunch, talk and get to know each other, then play a fun game that builds relationships.
