Last Friday, our community had the opportunity to participate in the workshop “How to Buy a Home,” part of the Financial Education Workshop Series organized by Casa de Amigos in collaboration with the Midland College Business & Economic Development Center.

The session was interactive and informative, many questions were answered, and participants gained practical tools to better understand the home-buying process. 💡

We’re proud to support spaces where the Hispanic community can learn, grow, and build a stronger financial future.

El pasado viernes nuestra comunidad tuvo la oportunidad de participar en el taller “Cómo comprar una vivienda”, parte de la serie de Talleres de Educación Financiera que organiza la fundación Casa de Amigos, en colaboración con el Business & Economic Development Center de Midland College.

Durante el encuentro se respondieron muchas preguntas, se compartieron experiencias y se brindaron herramientas prácticas para comprender mejor el proceso de compra de vivienda. 💡

Nos alegra ver espacios donde la comunidad hispana puede aprender, crecer y fortalecer su futuro financiero.

If you are planning to attend a college or university next year and want to receive financial aid and/or scholarships, you will need to complete the FAFSA!
