It was great to run into these guys recently. They all happened to wear Legacy shirts on the same day!

Legacy Basketball Training was started in 2018 when 3 of these coaches were in elementary, middle, and high school. Now, they are coaching players to grow just like they did! ❤️

I love seeing a workout sheet like this. Legacy Fundamentals teaches skills and discipline from a very young age! "I Love Legacy"

Hard Work brings rewards! It's the unseen hours that teach discipline and bring results!

The first screen gets the defense moving. The re-screen forces them to make another decision.

One simple twist forces both the offense and defense to adjust, creating game-like decisions that players have to solve in the moment.

That's how we train decision-makers at Legacy Instinct. 🏀

Legacy players who complete weekly skill development homework get entered for 3 drawings over the summer. These players recognize that player development is their personal responsibility! We love to see the results of "Hard Work!"

Welcome back, Coach Mark 3!
A three-time Midland Daily News Dream Team selection, BCAM Best Honorable Mention, and All-State Honorable Mention, Coach Mark brings a wealth of experience to Legacy Basketball Training. He competed at Bob Jones University, where he served as a team captain, helped lead the team to an NCCAA Regional Championship, and earned NCCAA Scholar-Athlete honors. We’re excited to have him back in the gym this summer!

Basketball isn’t scripted—and neither is our training. 🏀

Legacy Instinct uses small-sided games and decision-making challenges to help players apply their skills in game-like situations. Players learn to read, react, adapt, and compete under pressure.

Missed the first week? It’s not too late to join us.

Register for individual weeks that fit your schedule, or take advantage of our Kitchen Sink Package and get the full summer training experience.

Train your skills. Develop your instincts.
