Congratulations to Raelyn Salka, an 8th grade dance major at LPPACS, who has been honored with a 2026 Award from Creative Visions. This global initiative celebrates youth creativity as a tool for promoting mental health awareness, fostering emotional connection, and supporting community care.
Selected from thousands of submissions from all 50 United States and 15 countries DMS Tri-M Chapter 9021 received the Visionary Spark Award for her work “Dance Speaks When Words Can't” in Performing Arts.
The Awards were announced in observance of Mental Health Awareness Month, a moment to reflect on the urgent need for youth support and emotional well-being. With 1 in 7 adolescents worldwide experiencing mental health challenges, the program highlights the importance of safe, creative outlets for youth expression and healing.
DMS Tri-M Chapter 9021 joins 50 youth awardees from across the world, as well as 3 Educator Champions who were recognized for empowering student voice in the classroom.

Today marked our annual Senior Last Day Photo Shoot, and what a special day it was! These young ladies have been an incredible group to watch grow, lead, and succeed. Their hard work, dedication, and memories will leave a lasting impact. 💛💙
