This week brings an extraordinary night-and-day sequence for skywatchers: a planet parade before sunrise, a total solar eclipse, and the Perseid meteor shower reaching its peak after dark.

But no two photographs will tell exactly the same story.
☄️A photographer in Spain may capture totality.
☄️A skywatcher in Iceland may see the eclipse from a completely different angle.
☄️Someone in another part of the world may photograph the planets before dawn.
☄️And under dark skies, photographers everywhere may turn their cameras toward the Perseids.

🚀 In May 2024, Shiba joined Crew 001 of the Moon Pioneers Mission, led by Space Nation and assisted by NASA astronaut Michael Good, where she trained in crisis management, problem-solving, and leadership at the Kepler Aerospace facilities in Midland, Texas. Her roles included Science Officer, ISRU Specialist, and EVA Specialist, pushing her adaptability and innovation skills to new heights.
