Midland County Great Start Collaborative The Midland County Great Start Collaborative (GSC) operates within the Midland County Educational Service Agency.

Great Start Collaboratives are funded through Michigan's 32p grants. We work with stakeholders across our local communities to build and expand early childhood systems in order to meet the needs of children prenatally through third grade and to support their families. Great Start Family Coalitions provide parents and guardians the opportunity to connect, lead, and help drive development of the early childhood landscape.
